Happy Monday! So, I had a good weekend. Didn’t do anything on Saturday and yesterday, my dad, my brother, and I went to the movies to see Captain America: Civil War – it was a very good movie. Saw some previews beforehand, the only memorable one is Doctor Strange, which looks like it will be a good movie. We also took my mom out to a local restaurant for Mother’s Day and the food was excellent. I had Chicken and Waffles with an andouille cream gravy – it was very good. My mom had a steak. For dessert, I had a Salty Pretzel Chocolate Caramel Tart and my mom had a Creamsicle Sundae (which had a Blood Orange Sorbet and a Vanilla Gelato).
Just noticed that this post didn’t post last night when I told it too. Oops.
